Lauren and I drove to my Uncle Al and Aunt Myrna's house in Sumpter, Oregon a few weeks ago to help them celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Of course their 50th anniversary was actually last summer, but that's how we roll...kinda messed up.
So it was Lauren's first road trip...first stay in a motel...first time meeting her Grandma's crazy family...and first time away from Daddy for longer than 4 hours. (Travis stayed in Tri-Cities for a friends wedding.)
It was pretty fun and I'm sure they all enjoyed having a little on around again. I am 29 years old and I have a cousin's that are 40 something and a cousin who is 3. Interesting.
